We are currently building a 230' pier and elevated sundeck over the boathouse. We do not anticipate it being fully completed until mid August as we had to terminate further construction in mid May due to incoming guests. 30'+ of pier is completed however as of 5/11/20. There is however, a wonderful boat launch just 3 minutes from our estate on the inland lake (with Gulf island access) behind our home. From there, you can bring your boat around.
Thank you and welcome to the finest beachfront property in Mississippi bar none!

If you are boating enthusiasts as we are, our home is positioned perfectly for excursions by boat to the Gulf Shore islands. One of the newest and finest marinas in Mississippi is located just a few minutes from our home on Graveline “inland lake” - excellent red and sea trout fishing by boat or as we fish it, kayak - and the inland waterway winds in just minutes to the Gulf just down from our home. In fact, it is possible to launch your boat from this marina and anchor it in front of our home! (The water can get shallow at times but you can easily wade out to your boat). We have been approved by the Army Corps of Engineers to build a 250’ “T pier” and boat lift, so look to see a beautiful pier in front of our home this summer. (As of 7 May, all the piles have been driven for the pier walkway and boat house. ) Our large U shaped driveway and faucets makes parking, turnaround and washing the salt off your boat a breeze if so desired.
“Cruising the Coast” participants will find our property and particularly our long U shaped driveway and the huge under home concrete parking area excellent for parking and protecting your treasured vintage vehicles.
Come stay and enjoy our very highly rated southern hospitality in one of the most beautiful family oriented and well designed estates on the entire Gulf Coast!
